Bartending Course Enrollment and Lesson Details

 

Course enrollment details

After you enroll, your course setup includes online access, instructor assignment, kit shipment, and scheduled lesson times. Please review each item carefully so you are ready for your first session.

  1. Access your online course using the provided link and your registered email address.
  2. Your instructor has been assigned and will share their contact details and schedule a conference call with you.
  3. Your In-Home Bartending Kit has been shipped and should arrive within in 3-8 business days. You will receive a separate email with a tracking number once it has been sent.  It will be sent only after a signed waiver, and full down payment.
  4. Your lessons are scheduled for specific dates and times. Make sure you have the required items ready before your first lesson.
  5. If you have questions or need changes, contact your assigned instructor or customer service.

How to access your online course

  1. Open the course link provided to you after enrollment.
  2. Sign in using the email address you registered with.
  3. If prompted, complete any account verification steps.
  4. Review your course materials and any instructions posted in your account.

Instructor assignment and lesson scheduling

An instructor will be assigned to you and will contact you with their details. They will also arrange a conference call and confirm your lesson schedule. Please keep your contact information up to date so you do not miss any important messages.

Your Bartending Kit and Workbook

 

Your In-Home Bartending Kit will shipped once you have signed the waiver and made your down payment.
 
You should receive it within 3–8 business days after the waiver has been signed.
 

 

Your Graduation Requirements

  1. You must Complete 100% of the “Online Bartending Certification Course.” Login at: https://localbartendingschool.thinkific.com/ This is the online course link.
  2.  You must attend a minimum of three of our online Zoom, Weekly Learning Sessions every Tuesday at 7:00 PM EST.

  3. If you as a student are not available at the scheduled time, you may watch the recordings of the meetings and then send a short summary of the recording to jobplacement@localbartendingschool.com as credit.  The recordings of the meetings are uploaded weekly into our Facebook group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/bartendingmastery/  if you do not have Facebook, please email us at  jobplacement@localbartendingschool.com and we will email you the recording link.
     

Job Placement

If you enrolled in our Job Placement Manager will contact you once the certification process has been completed and you have obtained your Bartending license.

Preparing for your first lesson

Before your first lesson, make sure you have the required items ready and that you are available at the scheduled time. If your lesson includes an in-home component, have your space prepared in advance.
 
Please have your kit ready and on your counter for the first lesson. (If going to a trainer's house, please remember to bring the kit with you.)
 
7 Things You'll Need To Have Ready For Your First Lesson:
 
 

    1. Glasses (Shot glasses, Wine glasses, Margarita glass if possible, and Mixed drink glasses if possible)
    2. Hard alcohol bottles (can be cheap vodka, or whisky or any other. Empty bottles are ideal.)
    3. Ice (two trays)
    4. A lemon or lime and Orange (for prep and cutting practice)
    5. A pen
    6. Straws
    7. A fruit-cutting knife

     
    Please find or you can purchase, but you will not need top quality. This is only for practice.
