Introduction

If you have booked a lesson, training session, or event staffing service with Lesson Pro, your instructor or staff assignment may be confirmed right away or may still be pending while we match you with the best available provider. This article explains how to check your assignment status and what to do if your booking is time-sensitive.

How assignment confirmation works

Once your booking is confirmed, we assign an instructor or staff member and send the details by email or message as soon as they are available. If the assignment is still pending, it usually means we are matching you based on your location, date, and service type.

How to check your status

  1. Check your email or message inbox for the latest booking update.
  2. Look for the assignment details, including the instructor or staff member name, service date, and any next steps.
  3. If you do not see an assignment yet, contact customer service with your name, booking date, and service type.
  4. If your event or lesson is coming up soon, tell us right away so we can prioritize the assignment.
